Intro to Tarot: 9 Week Class

June 22-August 24 | Mondays Weekly at 10am

If you're interested in reading Tarot but don't know where to start, this is the class for you.  Learn in the traditional oral method, as handed down for generations - taught by my mentor Barbara Stott, and her mentor before her, and so on.  

This is more than just a base overview class, we will be spending 9 weeks exploring in depth, one of the most iconic and read decks - the Universal Waite deck - by learning about the symbology and iconology of each card.  Over the course of the class, we will spend time digging into a few cards each time we meet, leaving time for each class participant to access their own intuition about the imagery on each card, then discussing the ancient symbols and colors used throughout the deck and how they impact the Fool and his journey.

Each class member will be provided with a 60+ page printout of information, with room for notes, as well as your own Universal Waite tarot deck.  Throughout the course, we will make time to practice reading together, and spend two weeks learning different spreads and how they are used.  You'll explore your personal life cards through the use of numerology, and how you can provide additional insight during readings, by working with others to discover their life cards.

Note: This is the same material and amount of hours as our 12 Week Class, but shortened into 9 sessions to fit during the summer season

Classes will last approximately 2-3 hours each Monday.  

To register, 50% of the cost of the class is required up front.  The remaining balance must be paid the first night of the class  - or you can choose the "Pay In Full" option now to receive a $25 discount on the total cost.

COST: $400 per person if you choose to pay in two payments ($200 due to reserve your spot, $200 due at the first class) OR
$375 per person if you choose "Pay In Full" now

INCLUDES:  class time for 9 weeks, printed material with base outline of each card and room for notes, discussion of each card as we learn the symbology and meaning, a Universal Waite Tarot Deck
